Right of withdrawal
You can easily exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999) by filling in the specific online form reachable by the detail of your order. The return request must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. Subsequently, you will have an additional 10 days to send us your return. You will still receive all the necessary instructions.
Requirements to make the return and get the refund:
All returned products for the purpose of reimbursement (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be returned in "like new" condition and be suitable for resale.
When does a withdrawal right lapse?
- If the time limits reported in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL are not respected (therefore communication over 14 days, and return after 10 days)
- If the article has been used, or shows obvious signs of wear
- If the original packaging is not intact (missing or damaged tags, labels, seals, boxes, envelopes and original packaging)
- Absence of integral elements of the product (screws, accessories, etc.)
Attention: In the absence of even one of the last 3 requirements, the product will be considered "used" and will then be returned to the sender with a charge for transport costs, or retained with a penalty that will vary from 50% to 80% of the value of purchase based on the arrival conditions of the returned product.
How to make an article?
To return an item or request a guarantee, simply open a return request (RMA) from your Customer area. If the product received is damaged or has been damaged during transport, the cost of the return shipment will be totally borne by us. In case of change of item or right of withdrawal the shipping cost will be charged to the Customer.

Method of repayment or exchange of goods:
We will refund within 10 working days the amount of the value of the only goods purchased, net of shipping costs, in the following ways:
- We refund via PAYPAL: if you paid by credit card or Paypal.
- We refund with BANK TRANSFER: if you paid by bank transfer or in cash on delivery.
We cannot make refunds by other means (top-ups on cards, postal orders, bank checks).
Upon customer's request, we will make a change of goods. The amount valid for the change will be equal to the value of the returned goods net of the shipping costs paid, to which will be added the new shipping charges.
