1. How do I search for a part or accessory on your site?
To search for a model-specific part or accessory, use the "search model" function at the top (first select the brand, then the model and finally the year, then click on "search"), the list of all spare parts / accessories will appear. specific to the model sought. If you already know the code, the code or if you are looking for a non-specific article for a model, use the search at the top right or browse the product categories with the menu at the top left. If you are looking for a specific brand product, you can also look for it in the "brands" menu at the top. However, the first method is the more precise one.

2. How can I buy?
It is very simple, just click on the "Add to Cart" button in each product and the products will be placed in the cart. Once you have chosen the products, simply click on the "Proceed to checkout" button in the cart, enter your shipping details, and proceed with the purchase choosing between the various payment and shipping options. It is also possible to order by phone at 0982/425441 between 09-12 and 15-17.30 (Monday to Friday) or by e-mail, indicating a cell number to be contacted for the conclusion of the order.

Yes, it is possible to withdraw directly from our ... Before proceeding with the withdrawal you must place an order via our website or by phone. Once ready, you will be notified of the withdrawal available from Monday to Friday from 08-13 and 15-18.

4. Are the products covered by warranty?
All products are covered by a two-year warranty (24 months) against manufacturing defects of the new product, for more information read "legal notes" on the page at the bottom of the site.

5. How do I know if an item is compatible with my bike?
Clicking on the title of each product opens the relative tab in which there is the table "Applications", (under the heading "Description") divided by brands-models-years (if it is a specific product, in case it is universal see question 10 ). Performing the search by brand / model / year only the specific products for the selected model are displayed.

6. Are the prices including VAT and are there other expenses besides those of the product and shipping?
All our prices are already inclusive of VAT (22%) and there are no other charges of any kind except for shipping. For Customers who pick up at the store, shipping costs will not be calculated.

7. Are the items you sell new?
Yes, all the accessories and spare parts we sell are new.

8. Are the products approved?
According to the highway code, some product categories must be approved to be able to travel on public roads (lights, mirrors, exhausts, etc.). The products on our site are intended for use on runways or areas closed to traffic except for all those products where the wording "approved" is clearly present or for which there is no type of approval.

9. What is a universal product?
Universal products do not have a specific application on a single model and can be fitted or adapted to many models, we advise you to consult the relative technical characteristics present in the product sheet to determine if they are compatible with your motorcycle or scooter.

10. Is it possible to order material not present on the site?
It is possible to order material not present in the catalog of all the brands we deal with (see the "brands" list on the top bar). To send an availability request and price just contact us.

11. Can I know the status of my orders?
Yes, once you place an order you will always be updated by e-mail about the status of the same (receiving payment, shipping ...). You can access the status of your order online by logging in with your username and password and going to the "My orders" section.
